I love art.

I love seeing it, studying it and most of all make it myself.

Shamefully I have used every excuse to avoid spending time on art.
Work, obligations, social events and other distractions were my main reason to hide behind to avoid spending time with a pencil in my hand.

Quiet stupid as drawing has such a good and healthy effect on my well being. Some people write their daily sorrows and adventures in a dairy, I paint.
It is relaxing and fun.

That is why I have vowed a promiss to myself:
Everyday I'll spend at least 15 minutes working on art.
Either be it actualy making art on studying books, tutorials or new materials.

I have neglected my skill and have to shamefuly admit that I've gotten rusty.
Time to improve and even learn some new tricks.

You tips and comments are welcome. A pair of fresh eyes can see what I might have missed. But please keep it constructive. "OMG WTF U Suck" doesn't tell me if I should imrpove on the line-art or the composition.
You are also welcome to correct me on my grammar. English is not my native tongue, but that is no reason to make a mess of it.

About my art:
I use several guides and tutorials for my work.
Here is a list of books and pages I regular use:

- I drawgirls: idrawgilrs.com (Super blog full of tips and tutorials about digital art)

I am mostly inspired by fantasy but would draw anything that comes in mind.
The materials I use vary from the graphic pencil to Photoshop. I am actualy curious to learn to use new materials and new methodes.
But first I need to polish up my skill.
